The type of personal information we collect

• Your opinions or other information, for example if you review the products you have purchased from us, provide information about products and/or cosmetic concerns, and the brands and products you use.

 

How we get the personal information and why we have it

 

Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

• Process orders for delivery services

• Marketing purposes should you give consent to marketing emails.

 

We also receive personal information indirectly, from the following sources in the following scenarios:

• Our social media partners, for example if you ‘log-in’ to our site using a Social Site.

We use an external company, Trustpilot A/S (“Trustpilot”), to collect your feedback which means that we will share your name, email address and reference number with Trustpilot for the Purpose. How we store your personal information

 

Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. 

All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

We also use Mail Munch and Mail Chimp to distribute marketing materials and store only your information for email marketing purposes that can be opted out of at anytime.

We keep sales records inclusive of what you have purchased, delivery and billing addresses and phone numbers indefinitely. We will dispose your information should you request this by erasing the data on the secure cloud based system.
